Air Canada Vacations has a new cruise promise that should help agents and other customers book with confidence.
"Why waste your time searching for deals online when Air Canada Vacations has the solution for you?" Air Canada Vacations officials said. "Fly and Cruise with more confidence thanks to a NEW feature of the tour operator's Cruise Promise: Lowest Airfare."
If you find a flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge at a lower price, Air Canada Vacations says they'll pay for your flight.
"That's right, if you find a lower price for your cruise airfare at the time of booking with us, we'll pay the entire cost of the flight for all passengers on the booking."
Also, Air Canada Vacations' Cruise Promise offers a guaranteed return flight. In the unlikely event that a delayed flight causes someone to miss their cruise, customers will be booked on the next available flight to catch up with it. They even guarantee your return flight, so if the ship is late, they'll book you on the next available flight home. No hassles, no extra costs.
"Air Canada Vacations' Cruise Promise is friendly, flexible and lets your clients design the cruise vacation they want. This program features no deposit required on flights when Flight and Cruise are booked up to 30 days before departure. Also, all flights are 100 per cent refundable and one name change is permitted up to 30 days prior to travel. You even have the ability to earn Aeroplan Miles. Some restrictions apply.
"With Air Canada Vacations' Cruise Promise, the only thing left for you to do is to book your clients with confidence."
With the ACV&ME loyalty program, travel agents who book hotels, cruises, and groups to sun destinations will receive 600 points per room for packages of seven-plus nights; 400 points per room for packages of three to six nights; 600 points per stateroom for air and cruise packages; and 300 points per passenger for Group bookings. ACV&ME loyalty points can be redeemed for Aeroplan® Miles, travel vouchers or VISA cash cards.
