Air Canada Vacations announced the expansion of its sales team with the appointment of Alisa Stephenson and Brian Paivo as key account managers covering regions in British Columbia and Ontario.
Stephenson joins as Key Account Manager for Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley, Okanagan and Northern British Columbia.
She brings experience in leisure and corporate travel management, sales and business development, along with more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience.
Raised in Tokyo, Japan, within an international school community, Stephenson developed an early interest in travel and working with people from different cultural backgrounds. In her new role, she will work with travel advisors and industry partners across her B.C. territory.
Paivo has been appointed Key Account Manager for Toronto West, bringing more than 15 years of experience in sales, customer experience, insurance, tourism operations and partner management.
His career has included business development and strategic partnership roles in both Canada and international markets.

Paivo also previously served as the Honorary Consul of Canada in Varadero, Cuba, where he supported Canadian citizens abroad and worked with diplomatic and community partners.
