MGM Grand in Las Vegas will welcome Four Sixes Ranch
Steakhouse in early 2027, bringing a Texas-inspired dining experience from
“Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan to one of the Las Vegas Strip’s largest
resorts.
The restaurant will occupy the former Crush American Grill
space, combining prime-grade beef, signature cuts sourced from the Four Sixes
Ranch, and traditional Texas cuisine.
MGM Resorts announced the partnership on October 22, with
additional details about the opening date and menu expected in the coming
weeks.
Sheridan, who co-owns the 260,000-acre ranch in Texas, has
helped introduce Western ranch culture to audiences through television series
including “Yellowstone,” “1883,” “1923,” and “Landman.”
The new restaurant will reflect that heritage through its
menu, design, and overall dining experience.
The restaurant will also feature specialty cocktails, a
curated wine list, and rare spirits. Production designer Charisse Cardenas will
oversee the dining room’s design, which will incorporate digital walls
displaying custom footage highlighting the landscapes and atmosphere of the
American West.
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse previously operated on the Las
Vegas Strip for around two years at Wynn Las Vegas before preparing to relocate
to MGM Grand. The new location will feature a fresh menu and reimagined
setting, with plans for special events to complement the restaurant’s dining
offerings.
