TTAND Steps into Air Canada Circle of Excellence for Third Time

The Travel Agent Next Door (TTAND) is honoured to once again be a part of Air Canada’s Circle of Excellence. This is the third year the host agency has been recognized by the airline at the platinum level under the Air Canada Circle of Excellence Agency Reward and Recognition program.

On behalf of TTAND, CEO Flemming Friisdahl stated that their agent partners are honoured to again receive the recognition. 

Air Canada's Circle of Excellence Agency Reward and Recognition Program is a global initiative designed to acknowledge the hard work of the travel trade industry.

According to Kevin Pohlmann, Regional Sales Manager, Air Canada, the Platinum Circle of Excellence stands as the highest echelon of Air Canada’s partner recognition program, rewarding agencies that consistently deliver top-tier results in sales and service.

Members of this elite group gain access to exclusive benefits, including priority travel services, customized training programs and dedicated support from Air Canada’s sales team.

“These advantages aren’t merely perks—they’re strategic tools designed to empower agents and help them better serve their clientele in an increasingly competitive landscape,” said Pohlmann.

Air Canada offered congratulations, stating that the partnership between organizations  is valuable and celebrating TTAND’s dedication to “growing our business together.”
