In March, The Travel Agent Next Door (TTAND) staged two successful full-day education sessions for their agents on the mindset of high-net-worth consumers.
The LUXE Mastermind program attracted 30 agents to the Toronto event and 18 more to the Vancouver event. Dr. Paul Russell – a consumer behaviour psychologist who focuses on affluent consumers via the UK’s Luxury Academy – coordinated the program, offering insights on persuasion, influence, and decision-making for this sought-after demographic. Delivering service that feels both personalized and effortless was another key recurring theme.
