Sunwing Vacations has added a new Cuban resort, Playa Luxury Cayo Guillermo, and is welcoming back the Playa Pesquero Resort Suites and Spa for another year to its hotel portfolio.
According to Sunwing, located in Cayo Coco, Playa Luxury Cayo Guillermo is the only resort in Cuba to offer overwater bungalows. The beachfront property caters to travellers looking for an upscale experience, including butler service, and a private concierge. Guests are welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a souvenir upon arrival.

Additional amenities include a panoramic open-air beach bar, yoga and meditation classes, one complimentary massage per stay, and several restaurants and lounges, including the Nuevo Floridita beach bar and Hemingway & Lounge cigar bar. Rooms are equipped with modern features such as plunge pools, stocked bars, and the exclusive Luxury Water Villa with direct sea access.

In Holguin, Playa Pesquero Resort Suites and Spa, part of Sunwing’s Smile Resorts collection, is geared toward families. For younger guests, there’s a Kids Club and games room, while adults can unwind at the spa.
