Caribbean excursion operator Island Routes has launched “The Private & Bespoke Collection,” designed to provide visitors with truly immersive experiences.

Island Routes has been operating throughout the Caribbean for several years and is well known for delivering enriching and entertaining experiences to visitors in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Barbados, Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, Antigua, Curacao, Grenada, and most recently, St. Vincent & The Grenadines.

“The Private & Bespoke Collection has been created to take guests visiting our destinations to the hidden gems that define our cultures and allow them to truly immerse themselves in a way they otherwise could never do,” said Ryan Terrier, CEO.

Terrier, along with David Black, head of Global Sales and Marketing, Ron Veno, Director of Sales, and David Shields, VP of Sales, paid a recent visit to Toronto, to meet with top-selling advisors.

Island Routes’ senior management group understands how travel advisors are a critical component of their distribution strategy. They can engage with the consumer from the very moment their vacation plans move from dream to reality. It is at that critical point that agents can take their clients’ vacation experiences to a completely different level.

“Canadian travel advisors have always played an integral role in our business, we are forever grateful for that. Our visit to Toronto in this cold and in the midst of a snowstorm is proof of that!” added Terrier.

Local guides are a key component to designing a client experience. Whether it be gaining access to Dunns River Falls before the crowd arrives or stopping on the river banks of the Martha Rae for lunch during a leisurely afternoon of rafting, there is nothing Island Routes cannot pull together to make your clients’ vacation unforgettable.

“Virtually no ask will be declined,” said David Black when asked what kind of request may be too tall an order. We have provided some incredible experiences for guests. “Whether it be a private tour in one of our Mini Coopers, which includes lunch at the home of a local Jamaican family, or a wedding proposal high up in the Blue Mountains, Island Routes will make it happen with our Bespoke Collection.“
