Contiki, the global travel brand for 18-35 year-olds, is celebrating a milestone as its newest itineraries earned a perfect 100 Net Promoter Score (NPS) on their first departures. The score, a measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction, reflects exceptionally positive feedback across new trips spanning Europe, Asia, and South America.
“Creating new trips that blend adventure, culture, and social travel in both popular and up-and-coming destinations is our passion,” said Toni Ambler, chief customer officer at Contiki.
“Seeing travellers respond so positively to these new itineraries, from hiking in Peru to sailing through Indonesia, validates the work our team has put into designing unforgettable experiences.”
In Europe, perfect-scoring trips include Albania Beaches & Peaks, featuring turquoise waters and mountain hikes; Ancient Wonders: Rome, Athens, Cairo, connecting three iconic cultures; and Paris to Rome by Train, offering a scenic rail journey through some of the continent’s most romantic cities.
South American itineraries also scored highly, with new Peru trips such as the Lima to Machu Picchu Road Trip and Lima to Huaraz Trip showcasing the country’s diverse landscapes—from the Inca Trail to desert dunes and highland lakes. Contiki is the first youth-focused operator to offer a multi-day stay in Huaraz.
Across Asia, top-performing trips include the reintroduced China Adventure, covering the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, and panda sanctuaries, and the brand’s first Malaysian Borneo trip, Borneo Adventure, highlighting rare wildlife and dense jungles. Indonesia proved particularly popular, with three new itineraries—Bali Island Hopping, Komodo & Flores Sail, and Indonesia Island Hopping—receiving perfect scores.
