Air Canada has announced an extension of the suspension of its flights to Dubai and Tel Aviv.
The airline now says flights between Canada and Dubai (DXB) will remain suspended until March 28 inclusive, while service to Tel Aviv (TLV) is suspended until May 2 inclusive.
The decision marks the latest extension since the conflict erupted on Feb. 28. Air Canada initially suspended flights to Dubai until March 3 and Tel Aviv until March 8, before extending both suspensions to March 22.
“Due to the military situation in the Middle East, all flights to and from Dubai (DXB) and Tel Aviv (TLV) remain suspended. If you are in either of these regions, please do not head to the airport. Your safety is our top priority,” the airline said in an update.
