Travelsavers Canada has appointed Karen Fine as Senior Business Analyst.
Fine brings more than 17 years of experience in the travel industry, with a background that includes frontline sales, retail leadership, luxury travel and operational management. In previous senior leadership roles, she managed high-volume operations and focused on performance optimization, client retention and data-driven decision-making.
In her new role, Fine will partner closely with agencies to analyze advisor performance, identify growth opportunities and turn insights into practical strategies advisors can implement. Her work will focus on helping Canadian advisors navigate rising costs, changing consumer expectations and increased competition.
“Karen’s appointment reflects our ongoing investment in strengthening the counsel we provide to our advisors,” said Jane Clementino, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Travelsavers Canada.
“She brings a rare combination of analytical expertise and firsthand advisor experience, allowing her to deliver insights that are not only meaningful, but truly actionable.”
Fine will also monitor advisor performance trends, supplier engagement and program utilization to help agencies identify opportunities to improve profitability.
“Advisors are being asked to do more than ever, and having clarity around where to focus their time and efforts is critical,” said Fine.
“My goal is to help agencies take a bird’s-eye view of their business, identify areas for growth, and confidently leverage TRAVELSAVERS programs in ways that support real, measurable results.”
