Flair passengers who buy a carry-on bag will now qualify for Flair Express service. The new offer starts today, Dec. 3, 2025, just in time for holiday travel and applies to passengers who buy a bundle that includes carry-on or just a carry-on (without the bundle).

Flair Express is designed to make the airport experience easier, granting passengers convenient check-in service and priority boarding.

“Canadians deserve travel that adapts to them, not the other way around,” says Maciej Wilk, CEO of Flair Airlines. “Flair Express is a simple change that makes a big difference, less stress, fewer lines, and a smoother start to every journey. It’s one more way we’re delivering on our Flair FWD promise to make Flair the easiest airline to fly.”

It’s the latest offering being rolled out under Flair FWD, the airline's new customer-focused strategy.

“Every month, we’re finding new ways to make flying with Flair feel better,” Wilk says. “Flair Express is the latest example, and it’s only the beginning.”

Other customer-service improvements that have been or will be introduced under Flair FWD include:

  • New Fare Bundles: Four simplified bundles—Basic, Lite, Plus, and MAX—to give travellers more choice and flexibility.
  • Ticket Resale with Fairlyne: Flair becomes North America’s first airline to offer secure ticket resale, allowing travellers to resell unused seats and giving others access to lower fares.
  • Flair Vacations: Launching this December, offering bundled flights + hotels across Flair’s expanding network, including Mexico, the Southern United States, and the Caribbean.
  • A new app: Launching soon, customers can book flights with ease on the new app.
