Trevello has introduced a new commission program called Momentum, which the company says is a major shift in how travel advisors are supported and compensated.
The program offers 85% commission across the board for all advisors, with the potential to earn 100% commission after reaching $15,000 in paid commission. Trevello also claims to have the lowest fees in the industry under this new model.
“This isn’t evolution—it’s revolution,” said Trevello CEO Zeina Gedeon.
“Momentum is our bold statement to the industry: Travel advisors deserve better. Better compensation. Better recognition. Better opportunities to thrive. And we’re here to deliver.”
Beyond the pay structure, Trevello says Momentum aims to create a sense of community and recognition for the work advisors do every day.
The program highlights financial freedom, peer support, and ongoing celebration of individual and team achievements.
“When I think of Momentum,” Gedeon said, “I think of unstoppable energy—the kind that happens when people come together with a shared purpose. Every booking, every collaboration builds toward something extraordinary.”
According to Trevello, the initiative is a direct response to long-standing frustrations among travel advisors who feel underpaid and undervalued by traditional host agency models.
“Your success matters,” Gedeon added. “With Momentum, we’re not just recognizing your hard work—we’re amplifying it. Together, we’re unstoppable.”
