Travel Leaders Network (TLN) has completed its 2025 Fall Regionals, hosting more than 650 members and preferred partners in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto.
Combined with its Eastern and Western Canadian Mixers, the network says it engaged over 1,700 participants this year — the highest outreach total in TLN’s history.
The regional sessions focused on training, business growth tools, supplier panels and in-person networking.
According to Christine James, VP of Travel Leaders Network, the energy at this year’s events stood out.
“Never have I seen such enthusiasm and buzz than at our Canadian Fall Regional Conferences this year,” James said.

“Member demand was strong and both members and preferred partners were so engaged. The events provided excellent opportunities for both our owner/managers and frontline advisors to connect in-person with peers, to educate themselves about our top-notch agency enhancing programs and to learn how to tailor them to their own business needs.”
A new addition to the 2025 agenda was Ready, Set, Play and Learn, an interactive session blending activities, brief sponsor presentations and on-the-spot giveaways.
“These, along with our fireside chat with our key sponsors addressing questions that were submitted by our members supports collaboration and shared experiences,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network.
“As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that.”
Attendees said the events helped sharpen their business strategies and expand industry connections.
“I love attending the Fall Regional Conference in Vancouver, as it is always the perfect blend of networking and education,” said Erica Jones, owner of Stress Free Magic Travel in Vancouver, BC.
“One of my big takeaways from this event is to become a super-agent and I have the notes now to not only make this happen for me, but for my team.”
In Toronto, the gathering left a similar impression.
“The Travel Leaders Network Conference in Toronto is truly one of my favourite travel gatherings of the year,” said Anita Magnoli of Northstar Travel in Kitchener, ON.
“TLN’s Toronto signature event covered every facet, from training to marketing strategies and support and superb networking… Approximately 80 percent of my business clients come through TLN and I am grateful to have my profile featured and working well so that I can continue to grow and keep one step ahead of the competition.”
TLN reports strong membership growth in 2025, adding small agencies and large enterprise groups. Advisors across the network continue to use TLN programs, including SNAP, Cruise Complete, Distinctive Voyages, Agent Profiler and Engagement Marketing, supported by the organization’s dedicated Canadian team and partners.
Looking ahead, the 2026 Regional series — titled Ignite Canada — will shift to a new two-day format in each host city. Dates and locations will be announced soon.
Major sponsors for the 2025 Fall Regionals included Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Sandals & Beaches Resorts and Manulife.
