RDB Hospitality Group announced the expansion of its Keyholder host agency into Canada, its first international market since launching the platform in the U.S. in June 2026.

The Canadian operation will be led by Montreal-based concierge and travel advisor Anna Roma, who has a client base spanning sports, entertainment and high-profile individuals. As Lead Keyholder, Roma will continue serving her own clients while working with RDB to recruit independent travel advisors across Canada.

“Canada is an important first step in our goal of building Keyholder into an international network,” said Rob DelliBovi, Founder and CEO of RDB Hospitality Group.

“But for us, expansion isn’t about putting a flag in a market. It’s about finding the right people. We had an incredible relationship in Canada with someone who understands what we’re building, has an exceptional client network, and believes there is an opportunity to give independent advisors more support as they grow their businesses.”

RDB is targeting five Canadian Keyholders by the end of 2026 and 30 by the end of 2027. The company is also considering future expansion into Africa, France, Spain, China and Mexico.

Building Its Host Agency Network

RDB launched Keyholder in the U.S. in June, offering independent advisors accreditation, supplier relationships, booking systems and training while allowing them to retain ownership of their client relationships.

The host agency also provides access to RDB's existing hospitality operations, including overnight and weekend support, concierge services, hotel greeters, business and sales training, and potential client leads.

RDB says it has begun distributing inbound business to Keyholders based on their areas of specialization. In one recent example, a music-tour opportunity was directed to an advisor specializing in entertainment travel.

The model draws on RDB Hospitality Group's existing travel agency and concierge operations. According to the company, it has served more than 1,000 celebrities, executives, productions and high-net-worth clients and has ranked among the top one per cent of Virtuoso producers for the past three years.

RDB says it is currently in various stages of discussions with approximately 100 prospective advisors. The company is targeting 50 Keyholders across its network by the end of 2026 and 500 affiliated advisors by the end of 2027.

“Travel advisors are entrepreneurs,” added DelliBovi.

“They need a partner who understands that their success isn't just about making a booking. It’s about finding clients, building relationships, developing a specialty, and creating a business that can grow. That's what we want to bring to advisors in Canada.”
