Collette has introduced Collette University 201, an expansion of its self-paced training platform for travel advisors. The program builds on the existing Collette University platform and offers a new series of modules designed to help advisors develop their knowledge and business skills.Collette University 201 is divided into two tracks: one for experienced advisors with more than five years in the industry, and another for those with less experience. The structure is intended to provide content tailored to different career stages.“Supporting our travel advisors is truly at the heart of everything we do at Collette,” said Christian Leibl-Cote, Executive Vice President of Global Sales.
“We built Collette University 201 to meet advisors where they are — giving them the chance to learn in the ways that work best for them, whether that’s through virtual training, experiencing our tours firsthand, or through meaningful in person conversations. Our goal is simple: to empower advisors with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to grow their business and match clients with exceptional guided travel.”New modules will roll out every other month throughout 2026. Topics include brand positioning and storytelling, product training, business growth strategies and sales skills.According to Collette, the program is designed to give advisors a clearer understanding of its product and help them better match clients with guided travel options.
