Tales of Inspiration: Lesley Keyter

Our new TravelPulse Canada series "Tales of Inspiration" celebrates the people who are helping us in the industry get through the gong show that is the COVID pandemic. When we're feeling battered and bruised, they're the ones shining a light to keep us going through these stressful times.

Lesley Keyter, CEO and Founder of the Travel Lady Agency, celebrates her friends Anabelle Leblanc at TravelBrands, Sharon Kramer, Manulife BDM and Brian Gibson of Insight Vacations.

"Brad has moved into a whole new position due to downsizing because of COVID. This is very common with our reps who have had to take on extra duties and territories and even new product. Brad never fails to make us laugh and keeps our spirits up. He is also known to us as Fred. He called one day on a bad line and we thought he said Fred from Insight, it has just kinda rolled from there so now his alter ego is Fred Flinstone and I wouldn't put it past him to come into the office dressed as a caveman.
