ACV Hosts Travel Advisory Board Retreat

The Air Canada Vacations (ACV) Travel Advisory Board (TAAB) has completed its annual retreat, returning from Jamaica refreshed and reinvigorated to continue their work.

The retreat was held in partnership with Sandals Resorts at Sandals Montego Bay.

The board, which is made up of Canadian representatives from retail chains, consortia and independent agencies, took the time to share their insights and successes, while learning more about ACV offerings in Jamaica.

"This retreat is an important opportunity to deepen our relationships with our valued travel partners and work collaboratively toward shared success," said Nino Montagnese, Vice President at Air Canada Vacations. "Our Travel Advisory Board's goal is to enhance services and simplify travel planning for our trade partners and their customers. The valuable feedback we receive helps us make real progress, and we appreciate our partners' input in shaping our future." 

According to ACV, the four day retreat (held last month) combined “strategic business discussions, dedicated training and in-site hotel inspections.” Attendees also had time to enjoy and explore the resort experience for themselves.
