Air Canada Vacations, in partnership with Sandals Resorts, hosted its annual Executive Retreat from June 10 to 13, 2025, at Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica. The four-day event brought together key national account partners, company executives, and VIP guests for discussions around strategic planning and partnership growth.
Attendees included several prominent figures from the Canadian travel industry, such as:

Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales, and Elish Tait, Manager of National Accounts, delivered a strategic presentation outlining the tour operator’s latest initiatives and reinforcing its ongoing commitment to supporting partner growth.
The retreat also featured a philanthropic component.
As part of a Healthy Eating Breakfast & Reading Road Trip organized by the Sandals Foundation, attendees visited a local school where they shared breakfast with students, participated in reading activities, and helped paint a mural. Air Canada Vacations also donated school supplies to support students in the community.
