Running through May 7, Transat’s Family Promo offers free stays for kids on select South packages, ideal for families looking to stretch their summer vacation budget.
Participating resorts are offering free accommodation and meals for children, making it easier for parents to afford their stay in popular destinations such as Cancun and Punta Cana.
Transat says another way to save is by pre-ordering meals – available up to 72 hours prior to departure.

Choices include a Breakfast Bento Box, a veggie Buddha Bowl and a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The Bento Box is recommended for children – and it looks like a winner with a combination of ham and cream cheese pinwheel bites, brownies, apple sauce, carrots, cucumbers and goldfish crackers. This meal is exclusively available for pre-order.
Bistro menu trios come with a choice of snack and a drink, with mains including a croque monsieur, turkey focaccia, Reuben sandwich and pizza. Prices range from $15.99 to $18.99 when pre-ordered
The Family Promo applies to individual bookings of South packages, for select hotels and travel dates, made by May 7, 2024, for travel by December 15, 2024, from Montreal, Quebec City or Toronto.
