Well-known Canadian cruise executive Sabrina Greca is coming ashore as National Director of Business Development for 5Continents, the B2B company that links travel advisors to inbound operators around the world..
Greca is also coming home. As International Sr. Corporate Sales Manager, Charters, Meetings & Incentives for Norwegian Cruise Line, Greca has been based in Southampton, England for the past year and a half.

Greca has a high profile in the Canadian travel industry. She was named Social Media Personality of the Year at the 2022 TravelPulse Canada Readers’ Choice Awards.
Boigné says 5Continents works exclusively with the travel consultant community and is keen to increase its presence within it. "To say that Sabrina's arrival was part of a long-standing plan would be a lie; it came about naturally as Sabrina and 5Continents were at a crossroads.”
Greca says she eager to renew industry ties in person. "Working abroad made me realize what's most important to me: my children, of course, but also all the incredible connections I'd made in Canada – and yes, I did miss the travel agents.”
After nearly 20 years of cruised focused roles at Norwegian and before that Transat Distribution Canada, Greca says the new role will be a transition she’s ready for.
"I'm well aware that people think they'll have to dissociate me from the world of cruises, and that won't be 100% the case, but I promise to put as much passion into 5Continents as I've put into cruises! I'm honoured by David's confidence in me to help him grow this company, which is already so successful and whose values are already close to my heart"
Michèle Rauzon, who joined the company in 2019 and has made a significant contribution to the growth of the brand nationally, remains in post. "You can't invent an ambassador like Michèle, and we're very proud to have her on the team," said Boigné, adding that Claudia Tourigny continues to shine in inside sales.
"We are delighted with Sabrina's arrival, and we are already working on transforming our operational structure so that it is ready to manage the expansion. In fact, two new colleagues will be joining the current team as of next month," says Valérie Favreau, the tour operator's General Director.
Greca will officially take up her post on April 15.
