Insight Vacations has launched a "new and improved" Insight Specialist e-learning course for travel advisors.
The premium tour operator says the enhanced training will increase travel advisors' earning potential by ensuring they have the online tools to close their sales.
The course is now streamlined into one learning path with three modules and advisors can choose to complete the modules in the order most relevant to their needs.
Whether a novice or an Insight Vacations Specialist, advisors will benefit from learning about the Insight brand and its up-to-date offerings, as well as being able to provide more in-depth knowledge to their clients.
Travel advisors will be rewarded for their commitment in completing the Insight Specialist modules, with perks including eligibility for FAM tours and agent discounts on Insight Vacations trips.
Once the full course has been completed, a certificate will be issued to show clients they are a knowledgeable seller of the Insight Vacations brand and its destinations.
