New ACV Role for Dianne Pedroso in National Group Sales

To better support travel advisors with group sales, Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has created a new national role. This newly created role will be held by industry veteran Dianne Pedroso.

Pedroso is a familiar face to many advisors, having worked with ACV for the last 28 years. In the expanded capacity, she will represent Group Sales at a national level and play a pivotal role in "supporting and empowering travel advisors" as they build and grow their group business. 

"Dianne's experience, credibility, and deep understanding of the travel advisor community make her the ideal person to step into this new national role," said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations. "Her passion for group travel, combined with nearly three decades at Air Canada Vacations, will be a tremendous asset as we continue to support advisors in building successful and profitable group business across the country." 

According to a statement from ACV, this role marks a first for the company and reflects the importance of group travel within its broader growth strategy. By elevating group sales support nationally, ACV aims to “provide enhanced expertise, consistency, and hands-on guidance” to advisors navigating the challenges and nuances of group travel.
