Marriott International has signed a new agreement with PASHA Real Estate Group to develop a trio of new hotel and residential properties across Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The new properties in Eastern Europe will include The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, Zagulba in Azerbaijan's capital and commercial hub.
The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba will feature 80 rooms and suites in addition to distinct dining venues and amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, a beach club and The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge.
Meanwhile, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, Zagulba will offer 282 luxury apartments and villas along with dedicated facilities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, kids club, cinema and private beach access.
PASHA Real Estate Group also plans to develop a new tower within The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku—which opened in 2023—that will include 238 additional luxury residences along with dedicated amenities such as a lounge, fitness center and swimming pool.
Across the border in Georgia, Le Méridien Tbilisi will boast 152 rooms as well as multiple dining outlets, meeting and events space and a fitness center.
