Maureen Barnes-Smith, Vice President, Sales & Marketing Canada, Unique Vacations Canada has announced the appointment of Jordon McGrowder to the position of Business Development Manager, Alberta, Manitoba and Northwest Territories.
Based in Calgary, Jordon takes the reins from Donné Nixon, who previously served in the role for five years before relocating to Toronto to assume a new position as Human Resources Manager based in the Unique Vacations Canada corporate office.
Barnes-Smith says that with his extensive and proven experience in customer service, marketing and promotions, Jordon is well suited to help travel advisors in his region grow their business with Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts. A proud Jamaican and a graduate of the University of West Indies, McGrowder migrated to Canada to complete his post-graduate education at Seneca College in Toronto.
