Tauck announced it is expanding its North American offerings for 2026 with the addition of a new eight-day itinerary through Nova Scotia.
"A Week In… Nova Scotia" takes guests on a journey from Halifax to Cape Breton and back, exploring a region rich in history, heritage, and natural beauty. The tour begins with a welcome at Halifax’s Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 and includes visits to iconic landmarks like Peggy’s Cove and the UNESCO-listed town of Lunenburg.
Guests will also travel to Pictou to see a replica of the ship Hector, explore Alexander Graham Bell’s legacy in Baddeck, and enjoy a living-history tour of the Fortress of Louisbourg. Other highlights include a whale-watching cruise on the Bay of Fundy, a visit to Grand-Pré National Historic Site, an immersive First Nations experience, and a stop at the Highland Village Museum.
The Nova Scotia itinerary is priced from USD$4,790 per person (double occupancy, excluding airfare).
The new tour is part of a broader 2026 expansion that includes 29 land itineraries across North America, with small group options and family-focused trips under the Tauck Bridges banner.
According to the company, more than half of next year’s bookings are expected to be in either Small Group (averaging 24 guests) or Even Smaller Group (averaging 15 guests) categories.
“We operated our very first tour in North America 100 years ago this summer,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.
“And since that time we've never stopped innovating or improving our itineraries. For 2026, we're thrilled to raise the bar and feature some truly fun and unique accommodations to help our guests connect more deeply to the places we visit.”
In addition to Nova Scotia, Tauck’s new 2026 offerings include:
- A Week In… Mexico City and Oaxaca (8 days, from $6,990 USD): A culture- and cuisine-focused tour featuring early access to key museums, ancient ruins, and a cooking demonstration.
- Paradise Valley, Yellowstone & the Tetons (8 days, from $8,990 USD): Featuring glamping at Under Canvas West Yellowstone and stays in Montana and Jackson, WY.
- Western Horizons: Mesa Verde to Moab (9 days, from $5,990 USD): Exploring Colorado, Utah, and Arizona with a return to Mesa Verde National Park.
- Wild, Wild West Family Adventure (8 days, from $6,590 USD): A Tauck Bridges family itinerary with glamping at ULUM Moab and visits to Arches and Mesa Verde.
All prices are based on double occupancy and do not include airfare.
