Aranui Cruises, the unique adventure cruise operator that has been introducing travellers to French Polynesia for 40 years, has announced new discounted pricing tailored specifically for Canadian residents.
Canadian residents can now join the Aranui experience for 10% off all sailings, including to the Marquesas Islands, named among UNESCO’s newest World Heritage Sites, as well as the Austral Islands and the Tuamotu Islands.
The Aranui 5 is the unique vessel operated by the company, a combined passenger and cargo ship that carries up to 256 passengers. The ship was recently used to house surfers in Tahiti for the 2024 Summer Olympics.
“Consider it a refreshed launch in the Canadian market,” said Eric Wong, Aranui Cruises’ Executive Vice President, North America.

“Current global markets and exchange rates called for a new discount exclusively for our Canadian guests, and our 40th Anniversary provided us the perfect opportunity to celebrate our historic culture on the road less travelled with all-new, industry-leading savings. We can’t wait to welcome our Canadian guests!”
At the time of booking, customers simply provide proof of residency to receive 10% off any sailing. Special offers and other promotions offered by Aranui Cruises throughout the year may be combinable with the new Canadian resident discount, providing even deeper discounts to Canadians.
