Guests sailing on Queen Anne’s 90-night South America Discovery Voyage and Queen Victoria’s 109-night World Voyage, both of which depart on Jan. 10, will be privy to 600 bespoke shore excursions to choose from.

Queen Anne Makes South America Debut
Queen Anne’s South America voyage will serve as the ship’s first time in the region, and will include 15 maiden calls – including Casablanca, Morocco, and Bridgetown, Barbados and Turks and Caicos – and seven UNESCO World Heritage sites in destinations such as Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Argentina.
Visiting Rio de Janeiro During Carnival
“In addition, the itinerary includes a highly anticipated overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro, coinciding with the world-famous Rio Carnival, the line said, adding that the “shore experiences offer guests exclusive opportunities to experience the color, music and excitement of the celebrations, from elegant VIP Camarote suites to front-row parade views, accompanied by premium food and beverages.”
One of a number of other highlights of the voyage, which departs from England’s Southampton, is a four-day overland excursion to Machu Picchu.
Queen Victoria to Call at Exotic, Worldwide Ports
Queen Victoria’s World Voyage, which also departs from Southampton, will call at Hong Kong, Sydney and Cape Town, with overnight stays in New York, Los Angeles and Singapore, and calls in Dakar, Senegal, Durban, South Africa and El Salvador.
“In Hong Kong, guests can explore one of Asia's most dynamic cities on a Grand Tour featuring the sights of the bustling city and a delicious Cantonese lunch or enjoy a sunset harbor cruise beneath the glittering skyline,” Cunard said.
Climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge
In Sydney, adventurous guests can take part in an unforgettable evening climb of the Sydney Harbor Bridge, enjoying spectacular 360-degree views across the harbor and city skyline,” the line added.
Excursion highlights during an overnight stay in Cape Town, South Africa, a cable car excursion ascending Table Mountain to take in the stunning views of the city and a visit to the Groot Constantia wine estate, South Africa’s most venerable wine farm.
Cruise segments are available for both itineraries.
