JetBlue Lands in Halifax

JetBlue is cleared for landing at Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) starting in June, 2025. The newest airline partner for the airport will run a seasonal route daily between Nova Scotia’s capital and Boston Logan International (BOS) from June 26, 2025 until Oct. 25, 2025.

“We’re excited to launch nonstop service between Boston and Halifax this summer, a destination known for its vibrant culture and breathtaking coastlines,” said David Jehn, vice president of network planning and airline partnerships at JetBlue. “This new route gives our New England customers the opportunity to explore Halifax and beyond while also introducing our award-winning service and low fares to Halifax travellers looking to visit Boston or connect to the many destinations we serve across the U.S., Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and more.”

In announcing the new partner, YHZ representatives were enthusiastic about the benefits not just for Halifax, but for the greater Atlantic region, citing boosted tourism, business opportunities and increased connectivity.
