Canada Jetlines successfully operated its inaugural flight on September 22 from its travel hub at Toronto Pearson to Calgary International Airport.
The first flight departed out of Toronto Pearson International Airport after a ceremony with media outlets and dignitaries, including the honorable Toronto Deputy Mayor Michael Thompson, along with Canada Jetlines board of directors and members of the executive team.
Once arrived at Calgary International Airport, a gate event kicked-off with speeches and a ribbon cutting followed by celebrations before the first Canada Jetlines A320 departed back to Toronto.
Canada Jetlines has now commenced biweekly flights one the route, operating Thursdays and Sundays out of Toronto (YYZ) to Calgary (YYC) from 07:55am -- EST 10:10am MST and returns from Calgary (YYC) to Toronto (YYZ) 11:40am MST - 17:20 EST. Frequency will increase to three flights per week, Thursdays through Sundays, in time for the holidays.

Travellers can book Canada Jetlines reservations and vacation packages with preferred travel agents who can earn up to 10% commission on all base fares when contracted directly with the airline.
