Travel advisors looking to expand their Mexico expertise can now deepen their knowledge with Travel Agent Academy’s Puerto Vallarta Specialist Program.
Designed to give agents insights into one of Mexico’s most popular destinations, the course equips advisors with information they can use to tailor a dream vacation for clients with all sorts of interests.
With multiple chapters, each focusing on different aspects of the destination, advisors can fully immerse themselves and gain the knowledge needed to confidently guide their clients.

The program teaches advisors how to recommend the best experiences for clients, including where to enjoy Puerto Vallarta’s natural beauty on land or water, the right neighborhoods for different traveller interests and how to direct them to the perfect beaches. The course also offers lessons on local culture, food and group-travel opportunities such as weddings and other group events.
Graduates of the program receive a certificate of graduation as a Puerto Vallarta Specialist, and members of The Travel Institute can earn Continuing Education Units for completing the course.
