Direct Travel Advisors Named to Virtuoso Cruise Icons List

Seventeen travel advisors from Direct Travel in North America were named to the prestigious “Cruise Icons” list by Virtuoso, and eleven of them are from right here in Canada.

“To have such a large number of our advisors named to the list is a tribute to their fluency in luxury travel and impressive expertise in providing the high-end traveller with rich experiences,” says Stephen Smith, senior vice president - leisure strategy & marketing for Direct Travel.

The news release announcing the honour states that as Cruise Icons, the advisors enjoy global recognition as top performers; exclusive opportunities to network and collaborate with like-minded professionals; and priority access to training, events and resources.

Only one percent of Virtuoso advisors are awarded the Cruise Icon designation. This year the Canadian advisors who earned the honour are:
