John Kirk, founder and president of TravelPulse Canada, has announced that the 2024 edition of the Readers’ Choice Awards -- the biggest party in the Canadian travel industry -- will be held Thursday, May 16 at Hotel X Toronto, one of the city’s most sought-after venues.

“Mark your calendars, friends,” said Kirk. “This celebration of Canadian travel advisors and travel suppliers is going to be bigger than ever. We loved the venue at Steam Whistle Brewery, but we’ve been pushing the limits of capacity for the past two years. At Hotel X, an iconic luxury hotel on the Lake Ontario waterfront, we’ll be able to accommodate everyone who wants to attend.”

As in past years, the TravelPulse Canada Readers’ Choice Awards will see thousands of travel agents across the country cast their votes for Canada’s best travel suppliers, including airlines, tourist boards, travel insurance companies, hotel chains, tour operators and more. The winners will be celebrated at the event, which will also see new members inducted into the prestigious Canadian Travel Hall of Fame.

Located at the Canadian National Exhibition grounds on the Lake Ontario waterfront, Hotel X offers a variety of eclectic, elegant, and extraordinary event spaces including a scenic rooftop patio and terrace, two stunning grand ballrooms, and impeccably groomed gardens.
