Big Smiles at the CWT Curling Event in Toronto
1/10CWT held its sixth annual curling event for industry friends in Toronto on Feb. 10, 2020.
CWT's Fiona Barclay took time to thank CWT's many partners for their support and for the work they do.
Sherry Saunders, Country Director Canada; Vice President North American Customer Organization and SVP North American Leisure, told TravelPulse Canada that CWT is working hard on a number of initiatives, including something called B2B4e It's a program geared at supporting corporate travel but also helping their travellers be more productive and well cared for, which is where the 4e (for employees) comes in.
"Even if you're travelling for business, we still want it to be enjoyable," she said.
Saunders also said a lot of work has been on their mobile platform, myCWT, which covers corporate and leisure travel and includes everything from itineraries to booking platforms.
CWT has nearly 20,000 employees around the world.
"If we're not number one, we're certainly number two," she said with a smile.
