About Wendy Wu Tours

As an award-winning tour operator, Wendy Wu Tours has years of experience bringing China to life for its many visitors through fully inclusive first-class group tours, private tours, deluxe river cruising, custom itineraries and concierge services. Born in Tibet and raised in China, Wendy Wu travelled around China extensively with her parents throughout her childhood. In 1998, she relocated to Sydney, Australia, where she began customizing tours for travelers to China. The popularity of her itineraries led her to branch out on her own, and Wendy Wu Tours was born. In 2005, Wendy opened an office in London, which quickly grew into an award-winning tour operator in the UK. Ready to expand, Wendy Wu set up shop in New York in 2010 and added the American market to her ever-growing number of passengers escorted to China.
