Air Canada Vacations (ACV) is asking for your insights. The company has created a short survey, seeking input from travel advisors to help shape ACV’s future initiatives.
"Travel advisors across the country, including members of our Travel Agent Advisory Board, shared invaluable feedback with us over the past year, highlighting their priorities and challenges," said Erminia Gallina, Sales Director at Air Canada Vacations. "Powered by their voice, these insights were instrumental in shaping our 2025 initiatives, clearly illustrating how advisor feedback translates into meaningful support and value for their business."

2025 Successes
ACV points to feedback from travel advisors as a driving factor in some of the enhancements it has made over the last year. Careflex Plus and an increased hold window are two of the most applauded improvements. CareFlex Plus was reimagined, offering greater flexibility within three days and the ability to process cancellations up to 24 hours prior to departure. And the ACV Options program allows for 24-hour holds on Sun packages and 48-hour holds on Europe packages. Both those changes were a direct result of advisor feedback.
On other fronts, ACV launched the Groups Excellence Program in 2025. It’s a loyalty program created for Groups business, which is a first for Air Canada Vacations. Additionally, the company continued to invest in the Top Ambassador Program, with expanded opportunities and rewards for top-performing agents across Canada.
ACV has also added a swath of new products, including all-inclusive options in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, a brand new destination for them, and continues to trumpet its free baggage policy, a bonus for travellers increasingly faced with extra charges for luggage.
