Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched a new program that makes booking groups more rewarding than ever. The Groups Excellence Loyalty Program allows travel advisors to earn Aeroplan points and travel vouchers, as well as Careflex travel protection and complimentary seat selections.
The program was teased at the ACV Product Launch events earlier this year as part of ACV’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
“Fifty years is a major milestone, and this program is a thank you to the partners who helped us get here,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. She adds: “We look forward to celebrating their success throughout the year ahead.”
Rewards will be calculated based on how many passenger seats are booked within the eligibility window. The window is Oct. 20, 2025 to Aug. 31, 2026 for travel between Dec. 15, 2025, and Oct.31, 2026. Bookings within this window automatically qualify for the offer.
The plan is tiered, with more perks in each of the Silver, Gold and Excellence tiers. Travel advisors will move into a higher tier based on the number of seats they sell.

Totals are based on group bookings for vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Cartagena as well as Flight & Hotel packages to Canada & the U.S., Flight & Cruise packages, and tour packages to Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East and North Africa.
Advisors are asked to include their ACV&Me email profile on every group booking to ensure rewards are tracked correctly. Secure group rates with only 10 full-paying passengers, and book by January 30, 2026, for an extra $500 instant credit on eligible wedding groups to Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. You can reserve up to 50 seats and 25 rooms with no additional deposit.
