Master Collette University with ‘Office Hours’ Advisor Training

Collette is taking travel advisors on a special guided tour of its resources, offering an in-depth look at My Collette and the company’s marketing resources, e-brochures, AI prompts, reservation management and workflows.

Learn all the tips and tricks to making the most of what Collette offers advisors during “Kelsie’s Office Hours: Behind the Login.” The online training session will be held live on Aug. 13 at 1 p.m. ET. A recorded replay will be available on demand if you are unable to join live. 

The session will offer advisors an opportunity to explore key Collette resources, see practical tools in action and ask questions in a live Q&A format.

“The goal is simple, to help advisors know where to go when they need help solving a specific problem,” said Kelsie Marchetti, Sr. Manager of Virtual Events & Advisor Learning. “This virtual event was shaped by the questions advisors are already asking, so we will spend the time walking through the tools, sharing tips they can use right now, and leaving plenty of room for live Q&A.”
