Sunwing’s Vacation Van has hit the road—this time, in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
After a successful debut in Toronto last fall, partnering with RIU Hotels & Resorts, NexusTours.com, and Chukka Caribbean Adventures, Sunwing Vacations elevated its latest activation by combining adventure, trivia, and unexpected surprises.
Hosted by Canadian game show personality Adam Growe, the three-day event gave guests the chance to win exclusive prizes—including an grand finale that left everyone a winner.
Game Show on the Go
On the first day, Growe turned the transfer from the airport into a game show on wheels, quizzing passengers for a chance to win prizes from NexusTours.com.
Day two saw vacationers at RIU Palace Aquarelle taking part in a trivia contest near the resort’s Ska Bar. Participants competed for a coveted spot on the next day’s adventure.
Those trivia winners were treated to an itinerary at Good Hope on the final day, thanks to NexusTours.com and Chukka Caribbean Adventures.
From ziplining and bamboo river rafting to horseback riding and ATV treks, the experience showcased the best of Jamaica’s adventure scene.
Sunwing revealed that every participant would go home with a free Sunwing vacation package to a RIU Hotels & Resorts destination.
"It's been a blast to bring my quizzical style and trivia fun to Sunwing's Vacation Van activations, whether on the streets, by the pool, or on a day of adventure. The opportunity to experience Jamaica's kind people, vibrant culture, and positive vibes for the first time has me eager to go back," Growe said.
