For the first time, Air Canada Vacations has produced a 'Travel Agent Toolkit for Europe.' The toolkit includes information to help agents book their customers' next European vacation including a planning guide, the most recent flight schedule for winter, an overview of available tour or cruise packages as well as ACV's promotions and offers.
The toolkit will be available as of mid-February during one of Air Canada Vacations' Europe breakfast seminars or by distribution through your Area Sales Manager. You can also view a digital version of the Travel Agent Toolkit by clicking here.
The 2023 Europe program showcases over 100 ready-to-book packages tailored to meet a variety of travel styles. Travel professionals can book Tours, Flight & Cruise or Flight & Hotel packages in 12 countries across Europe, giving early planners flexibility to plan their dream escape.

Travel Agent Contest
Air Canada Vacations is combining the launch of the Europe Toolkit with a contest for agents. Until April 30, when you book your clients' Flight & Hotel package, tour or Epackage to Europe with ACV, you'll get a chance to WIN one of two prizes for two.
The first is a 9-day, 7-night Italy Express Europe Tour package departing on October 15 from Toronto, the second a similar package departing on October 19 from Montreal. The winners will be announced on May 15.
Every Europe booking made between February 1 and April 30, 2023 for travel between February 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will be considered as one entry.

Current Europe Promotion
Until February 26, travellers can save $400 per couple on select Europe tour packages or up to $200 per couple on select Flight & Cruise packages in Europe for travel between April 1 and December 10. Full details are here.
