Air Transat has partnered with airline industry software provider Accelya for its FLX Platform and the provision of personalized offers through New Distribution Capabilities (NDC).
Air Transat says it will utilize the FLX Platform to deliver personalized offers, enhance traveller experiences, and “take control” of its distribution.
The Accelya FLX Platform, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) enabled more than half of all global NDC transactions in 2023, according to data from T2RL.
The FLX platform is delivering more than 350K personalized offers each second, bringing innovation and scalability for airlines looking to drive customer satisfaction and revenue through NDC adoption while laying the foundations for Offer and Order transformation
With the deal, Accelya now powers NDC for two of the three biggest airlines in Canada and 6 of the top 15 in North America.
