Trevello announced a new leadership role aimed at supporting travel advisors at every stage of their careers, appointing former travel advisor Renata Grant as Director, Advisor Growth & Success.
According to the company, the newly created position will focus on advisor onboarding, education, mentorship and business development support across the company’s network.
Grant brings both frontline travel advisor experience and leadership experience to the role, giving her what Trevello says is a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities advisors face as they build their businesses.

Trevello said Grant will work closely with advisors who are new to the industry, helping guide onboarding and early-stage development, while also supporting experienced advisors looking to grow and evolve their businesses.
Her responsibilities will include overseeing training and education programs, mentorship initiatives and accountability check-ins designed to help advisors stay focused on business goals. She will also support advisors with client retention, sales growth and business development strategies, while helping foster stronger peer-to-peer collaboration across the network.

The appointment comes as many host agencies and travel organizations continue investing in advisor education, retention and recruitment as the industry faces ongoing demand for both new-to-industry talent and stronger long-term advisor support systems.
Trevello said the role reflects its belief that advisors require ongoing support throughout their careers, not just during onboarding, as the travel marketplace continues to evolve.
