Michele Kempf Joins TTC as Sales Manager

The Travel Corporation (TTC) Tour Brands has hired a new sales manager for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Michele Kempf will take over the role vacated by the retirement of Ken Nickerson.

Kempf is based in Halifax and is excited about connecting with advisors across her region. 

"I'm looking forward to building strong and genuine relationships with travel advisors across Atlantic Canada and Quebec,” she says. “As I grow into this role, I’m committed to supporting the region and being a trusted resource for advisors.”

Kempf is trilingual (fluent in English, French and German) and brings her years of experience in sales, operations and client relationship management to the role.

Kempf joins a dedicated group of TTC Tour Brands Sales Managers in Canada, including:

• Austin Fraser – Greater Toronto Area and Eastern Ontario
• Brenda Bradley – North and Southwestern Ontario
• Jodine Clement – Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
• Paula Rizos – British Columbia and Yukon

Nickerson Retires

Kempf takes over the role from Ken Nickerson, who retired from TTC following 16 years with the company. Nickerson built strong, meaningful relationships across Atlantic Canada during his tenure, consistently being voted “Favorite Sales Manager” by Canadian travel agents. In a release, The Travel Corporation shared that advisors have spoken of developing a close friendship with Nickerson over the years and he will be missed across the industry. TTC is grateful for his years of dedication to the role.
