TROBBU Boutique Collection plans to open a new all-inclusive property in San Miguel de Allende this July.
The property, TROBBU San Miguel de Allende, will be located less than half a mile from two of the city’s best-known landmarks, Jardín Allende and Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel.
The development will include 15 three-storey villas ranging from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet, each designed to accommodate up to eight guests. Villas will include three bedrooms and either three-and-a-half or four-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a kitchen, living area, dining room and terrace.
One of the bedrooms will feature bunk beds, while the rooftop terrace will include a jacuzzi.

Introductory pricing starts at US$722 per night for two adults. Additional adults are priced at US$180 per night and children at US$90 per night.
Amenities at the property are expected to include a piano bar, pool, spa, restaurant, beauty salon and fitness centre. The hotel will also partner with Viñedos San Lucas, where guests can access wine tastings, cycling routes, restaurants and a polo club set among the surrounding vineyards.
The boutique collection’s first project launched in early 2025 with a set of all-inclusive luxury villas in Tulum.

TROBBU says it plans further expansion across Mexico, with entry into the U.S. market later this year and Europe in 2027.
Like other TROBBU properties, the new development will offer a hybrid ownership model in which visitors can stay as hotel guests or purchase a fractional ownership week. Owners can use their week for personal travel, exchange it with owners in other destinations, or place it in a rental pool to generate income.
To mark the opening, the property is offering a 25% introductory promotion on bookings made through May 31, 2026.
