RIU Hotels & Resorts has launched Elite Club service in Jamaica at the Riu Palace Jamaica hotel, located in Montego Bay. For the first time in this destination, Riu guests can access a wide range of Elite Club advantages and benefits such as access to exclusive areas of the hotel or premium food and drink options.
Elite Club guests at the Riu Palace Jamaica will have access to the 42 rooms with the best views in the hotel, personalized check-in and late check-out service, welcome gifts, a premium drinks menu and aromatherapy in their rooms.

There’s also a private pool and beach area, both of which offer a swim-up bar service with a premium drinks menu. Elite Club guests can choose breakfast options from the menu in the Italian restaurant in the mornings, as well as à la carte dinners in the new "Elite Club" restaurant.
In 2022, RIU Hotels & Resorts launched Elite Club at the hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan in Mexico. Finding success there, the chain says it decided to expand the service to the hotel Riu Palace Macao in the Dominican Republic, which reopened its doors in September after undergoing a refurbishment.

Riu Palace Jamaica is the latest to offer new Elite Club areas, but it won’t be the last: by the end of this year, a total of six RIU hotels will offer this exclusive service in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica.
