Growth of Travel Advisor Business: Throughout 2023, Rental Escapes says it saw a significant increase in its travel advisor business. The company has focused on fostering collaborative relationships with travel advisors and providing ‘Keys to Success’ such as monthly live webinars, an unbranded website, ready-to-go emails, a social media library, weekly ‘Wednesdays’ with Willie’ sessions and an industry first rewards program.
Expansion of Internal Teams: To support its rapid growth and meet the escalating demand for luxury villa rentals, Rental Escapes expanded its internal teams across various departments. In 2023, the company increased its headcount by welcoming talented professionals to its concierge, marketing, technology, training and sales teams. Rental Escapes says adding skilled individuals has enabled it to enhance its service offerings, evidenced through the roll-out of its redesigned app, as well as elevate the overall guest experience through its dedicated concierge service who create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for guests.

Increased Villa Inventory: In response to growing demand, Rental Escapes expanded its villa inventory to include new destinations and properties. Throughout 2023, the company added new destinations to its portfolio, including Colombia, Curacao, Denmark and New Zealand.
