As Ensemble Travel Group prepares to host its annual Horizons conference at Resorts World Las Vegas from May 4–6, the organization shared a series of growth milestones, including its fourth consecutive year of profit sharing with members.

Four years after its acquisition and brand transformation, Ensemble reported an 11% increase in overall sales year over year. The growth was driven by double-digit gains in cruise and tour bookings and remained consistent across both Canada and the U.S.

The company said the continued profit-sharing model reflects its focus on member profitability and a structure designed to deliver clear financial outcomes for advisors.

“Profitability has to be more than a concept, it has to be something members can clearly see and plan around,” said Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble. “

We’ve taken a transparent approach, ensuring our members understand not only how much they can earn, but when they can expect those payments. That level of visibility remains unique in this space and allows them to run more confident, more strategic businesses.”

Momentum across the network has also been supported by member growth. More than 50 new agencies joined Ensemble over the past year, with approximately 70% of members actively referring others to the network.

At the same time, Ensemble has expanded its preferred partner ecosystem, adding roughly 120 new partners. The organization’s tiered model is designed to help advisors make more strategic decisions about where to place client bookings.

“Not all partnerships deliver the same value and being intentional about that has never been more important,” said Daniel Finkel, SVP of Partner Relations.

“As we’ve expanded our preferred partner network, the focus has been on adding partners that bring differentiated offerings helping position us as a leader in cruise and sun and sand, while strengthening programs like Ensemble Exclusives and our Hotel-to-Port transfer amenity. It’s not just about adding more partners, it’s about aligning with where the industry is going and delivering stronger outcomes for our members and their clients.”

Newer members say the model is already delivering results.

“Joining Ensemble has had an immediate impact on our business,” said Tracy Petriccione, co-founder of Pixie Travel, a fast-growing agency based in Atlanta.

“Even in our first year, the profit share was meaningful and exceeded expectations."

Her co-founder, Cami Dettmer, added, "More importantly, it gave us a clear understanding of what’s possible and how to build toward it. That level of transparency and alignment is incredibly valuable as we scale our business.”

The updates come as Ensemble prepares to bring members together in Las Vegas for Horizons 2026, where the focus will be on new tools, strategies and opportunities aimed at strengthening advisor performance and long-term growth.
