Walt Disney World Resort isn't a destination to rest on its laurels.
In fact, the "Most Magical Place on Earth" has big plans for the final third of 2025 and the start of 2026.
Disney Parks recently shared some of those highly anticipated new details for a trio of notable attractions.
New Details Revealed for First-Ever Muppets Roller Coaster
The one-of-a-kind Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios next year, but before then, the theme park giant has shared some exciting new details for what guests can expect.
The Electric Mayhem and beloved characters like Animal and Dr. Teeth are set to headline a Hollywood show and park goers are set to experience it like a VIP.

The coaster courtyard will feature a "vibrant and psychedelic new design" on the bottom of the guitar, "inspired by a classic Muppet car paint job," while "the piano motif at the base will feature a golden key as a nod to a certain far-out band leader."
Riders will step behind the scenes into the studio featuring penguin audio engineers before hopping into a lightning-fast limousine to road trip across town for the show. Disney promises that the "iconic scenery and landmarks of Tinseltown will feature a Muppet twist."
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Returns With More to Offer for 2026
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney's Magic Kingdom theme park is set to reopen better than ever after closing down earlier this year.
"When the attraction reopens next year, the unsuspectin’ passengers who board the runaway trains will learn just how wild the wilderness can get," says Disney.

"Currently undergoing a mountain-top to cavern-deep refurbishment," the ride will feature new sights and sounds.
According to Disney, "one such moment comes when the trains rattle their way underground to spectacular natural caverns full of phosphorescent pools, shimmering and illuminating iridescent stalagmites and stalactites."
Opening Date Announced for Zootopia: Better Zoogether!
Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will open to guests inside of Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park on November 7, 2025.
This all-new new 4D show from the Walt Disney Animation Studios films Zootopia and Zootopia 2 (coming to theaters November 26) will feature beloved cop characters Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

The duo will even greet guests at Discovery Island near the Tree of Life at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot.
The unique 4D experience will take place at the Tree of Life Theater and include "special performances such as ice-skating spectaculars from the heart of Tundratown! Synchronized swimming direct from Marsh Market! Tiny mouse drone shows soaring over Little Rodentia! And of course, a musical finale by superstar Gazelle—all of which we’ll see from the livestream watch party."
