New Revelstoke Skywalk Gives Visitors a Bird's-Eye View of B.C.'s Mountains

Revelstoke Mountain Resort has officially celebrated the grand opening of the Revelstoke Skywalk.

The Skywalk, which welcomed its first visitors during the 2025 season, features a 75.5-metre suspension bridge connecting two rocky outcrops approximately 1,250 metres above the Columbia Valley. The attraction offers views of Mount Begbie, the Monashee Mountains, the Columbia River and the city of Revelstoke.

"We're always looking for new ways to help guests connect with the mountains beyond the winter season," said Jason Kelder, president of Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

"The Skywalk is part of our ongoing commitment to building unforgettable experiences year-round, giving visitors another reason to get up into the mountains and experience Revelstoke beyond the ski season."

The experience begins at the Revelation Gondola top station, where visitors follow a cliffside trail through inland temperate rainforest before reaching the suspension bridge. Guests can then continue to a cantilevered viewing platform anchored into the mountainside, offering views of the surrounding landscape and the town below.

The Skywalk is included as part of the resort's Adventure Pass, which also provides access to summer activities such as sightseeing, hiking, mountain biking, the Aerial Adventure Park and The Pipe Mountain Coaster.

Visitors can also access the attraction through the Explore Pass, which includes rides on both gondolas as well as opportunities for hiking and sightseeing throughout the resort.

Revelstoke Mountain Resort invited members of the public to experience the attraction during a public grand opening celebration held on June 20.
