Flair Airlines is ramping up its domestic service for Winter 2025, increasing flight frequencies on routes across Canada.
The ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) says it's prioritizing domestic travel amid shifting demand, offering more flights on popular routes and making seasonal services available year-round.
Among the biggest changes is a significant boost in service between Vancouver and Calgary, which will see a 40% increase to 21 flights per week.
Edmonton and Abbotsford will also benefit from an increase of 10 flights per week.
"Fewer excuses to not visit your in-laws. Or not. We don’t judge. You could always fly directly to Guadalajara, Mexico, 4 times a week from Vancouver for a quick escape," the airline jested in a press release.
Other expanded routes include Vancouver to Toronto, which will nearly double from 11 to 20 flights per week, and Kelowna to Calgary, which is shifting from a seasonal schedule to year-round service.

“We’re turning up the heat on winter travel with more flights, better options, and unbeatable value,” said Maciej Wilk, interim CEO of Flair Airlines.
“Whether you’re chasing powder in the Rockies or pierogies in Toronto, we’re here to get you there — affordably, frequently, safely, and on time.”
As reported, Flair recently cancelled its Toronto Pearson to Nashville route. Additionally, seasonal routes between Phoenix Sky Harbor and Calgary and Edmonton will end earlier than expected, on April 8, 2025, while Vancouver - Phoenix will end April 22, 2025.
Its Vancouver - Las Vegas route will end mid-June.
While Flair is increasing its focus on domestic travel, it is still maintaining international options, including four weekly flights from Vancouver to Guadalajara, Mexico.
