Flair Airlines is expanding its relationship with payments provider Elavon.
The airline announced Wednesday that it has adopted Elavon's managed chargeback services.
"Effective chargeback management is an important part of maintaining a strong and reliable payments environment," said Sumanth Rao, Chief Financial Officer of Flair Airlines.
"Expanding our relationship with Elavon helps strengthen our approach to dispute management, improve operational efficiency, and support a more resilient payments experience long term."
Under the agreement, Elavon will provide dispute and chargeback management services across multiple payment acquirers. The company said the services are designed to streamline processes, improve consistency and help Flair manage disputes in accordance with evolving industry and card network standards.
Flair said the partnership builds on previous work with Elavon to reduce fraud and chargeback exposure through operational guidance and dispute management support. According to the airline, those efforts contributed to lower chargeback volumes, improved dispute outcomes and closer alignment with industry best practices.
"Elavon's chargeback management services help merchants navigate an increasingly complex dispute and fraud landscape," said Brett Turner, Head of Global Airlines Acquiring at Elavon. "We're proud to deepen our relationship with Flair Airlines and support its continued growth with comprehensive dispute management services across multiple acquirers."
